New Leaders Leadership Seminar

By Keith | April 24, 2009

dscn3032dscn3114

Youths from all over the South Shore of Boston started their New Leaders’ Leadership seminar yesterday at a Ropes Course in Beverly where they demonstrated thier abilities with trust, leadership and other life skills!

The seminar will contiue over the week end where youths will learn valuable skills that will help them be better leaders.  They will then choose a year long community project mentored by a coach from the New Leaders institute that will test their skills and make thier communities better.

We wish all the ‘New Leaders’ The very best!

Great job New Leaders! No pressure or anything, but I am counting on you all to take care of me and this world in my old age! We need some good leaders to fix this world!!! That ropes course looks like fun fun fun! When do the adults get to do that one????

Wow! Those pictures…..WOW! What a wonderful program and I’m thrilled to hear the lessons of the week don’t stop on Sunday. Working towards a year long community project is such an amazing undertaking for such young people and such a noble thing to mentor. Cindy, let us know if you need any resources or anything else in connection with helping these kids reach their goals. Absolutely amazing!

    thanks Jill!
These kids will no doubt be asking their communities for help in supporting the projects that they find near and dear to them. It is wonderful to hear that you are willing to support that, thank you so much!
I must say I am honored to be part of this incredible program. It is such a thrill to witness these young and brilliant leaders emerging into their own light. I am in awe.
