For time 100 Push ups 50 KB Swings [55/35] 50 Sit ups 50 Push Presses [45/65] 50 Thrusters [45/65] This was actually much more challenging than it appears! Good work by everyone this morning!  We are looking forward to having Katherine Carey start her first work out tomorrow. Great stuff Katherine!
