Great job working on the racked position for these today. Not only did many of you break through your previous strength levels, but many of you have gotten so much better on your shoulder and wrist flexibility! Bravo!
Today was a great example of how writing down your WOD’s improves your progress. You must know where you were so that you do not waste time trying to ‘figure’ it out next time!
Keep up the great work everyone!
