And sit ups for those of us at 9am! This was a wonderful workout to return to after having not been here since March 31st. I’m sure I’ll be feeling it later just like I did back in January when I started at Cynergy. :(

Quick shout out today to Diana, Suzie, John, Jill, Alex (who by the way is running really fast), Matt L and Sig!!! Sig just finished – Maureen gave us the status update from the front line! The rest of us are tracking there bib numbers as they cross the miles! They are all tracking great times! In my 36 years I have never known anyone who ran the marathon! Now I know 7 runners! This says alot about Cynergy and what it trains us for every day! The people here are great – and push us every day to try new things and push our limits! I have a new respect for running and races since I almost died during the Cynergy 5K….this is an accomplishment these guys will never forget!!! keep running guys – you are in our thoughts! – Suddenly feeling lazy in my chair:)

Great WOD today! Amazing how long 20 secs is and how short 10secs of rest is. Thanks for the pic Cindy. Looks like I should have shaved my legs and worn my good underwear.
