OK, all you Cynergy folks… don’t think I don’t see you running around, being fresh… wearing your little “Nice Rack” shirts and misbehaving…
Time to pay the price.
WOD: AMRAP for 25 minutes
10 reps, Goat #1
10 reps, Goat #2
10 reps, Goat #3
400m run
**A “Goat” is any exercise/movement that you hate and/or suck at. Common Goats include: Double-Unders, HSPUs, Burpees, Pull-ups, Overhead Squats, Snatches, Pistols… but they can be ANYTHING and are completely your choice.
Every person in the gym today did a different workout, depending on what they felt they needed to work on. Great job to my Sunday faithful who really paid for their sins today!
