Kids WOD and Partner WOD Challenge 4.18.09
By cynthiabrown | April 19, 2009
The Challenge started off with the Kids WOD….
AMRAP 12 minutes
Holding a MB the entire time the kids ran a
100 M dash then completed
10 Sit ups
10 Lunges
10 Goblet Squats
if they dropped the MB at any time during the race they did 1 Burpee.
Record the total number of rounds completed!
We have some incredible athletes out there! You all were incredible!
Then the Partner WOD…Swap Tag Relay
The women picked their male partner by choosing a name from a cup.
Then each team completes the following 4 circuits for time. Each team member must complete both exercises before moving to the next circuit.
Circuit 1
250 M Row + 20 Thrusters (65/45)
Circuit 2
300M Run + 10 Burpees
Circuit 3
250M Row + 20 Push Ups
Circuit 4
300M Run + 20 KB Swing (1.5/1 pood)
As usual, this one was a bit tougher than it looks!
A special shout out to the spouses of our CrossFitters as well as our boot campers who came out to give this a try! You guys were awesome!
A great day with great people!

Another great Challenge! Thanks for organizing it. It was nice to see some new faces there and I loved seeing the kids workout. What a great lifestyle to be teaching them at such a young age. Buzz & B – some great photos as usual!
