Squats

Run 200M after each round

Some great improvements on pulls ups today everyone! 

Time to lose the band…..you know who you are!

    Maureen, If that comment about the band is directed at you….you ought to be ashamed of yourself. Time to get rid of that thing! and stay off the lotion!

    Coach KBrown – I do not use a band anymore and have not for a good long time!!!! I am not allowed and I would not dare ever not do what your wife tells me to do. All it takes is 1 look from her and I comply (mostly :) – but she may disagree) My hands are dry as a bone and have not been touched by hand lotion since you told me I wasn’t allowed! Pullups still not my favorite, but I find if you swear a lot while doing them, it sort of helps :)
