12 Deadlifts (195/135)
16 Box Jumps (20″)
Nice job to everyone on the WOD, scaling up or down to your ability. I appreciate the effort I see when our athletes are going “RX’d +”!
We’ll hopefully do more muscle-up work in the upcoming weeks to get a few more names in “The Club”.

Oh boy – this is quite a workout. I watched this video just the other day (main site) and it is intense!
