Outstanding day yesterday! It was great to see so many first timers killing the 5K! Derek A. amazing job brother! Great day with great people! It is great telling people after I ran a 5K I sat around and waited to watch a cow drop a “patty”. Nice huh. Wanted to say Happy Birthday to Cindy and “B”. Hope you have a great day.

First and most important things first…Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife (her name is Carol for those that think its just B) and to my beautiful sister in law Cindy!!!
Secondly, I would like to say how proud I was once again to be a Cynergy CrossFitter yesterday. An amazing effort put forth from all! I know there were several who were competing in their first 5K, but I only know of two personally. Derek, incredible time for a first attempt!!
Vicki, thanks for your strong effort, it kept me going for that last mile!

I was not able to attend this year and very sorry I couldn’t! It looks like I missed a great day with some great people. Mark my words though, next year I’ll be there. By the way Cindy I recall you stating at a workout one day “a Cow patty gaurentee” What happened????

Great job by all!! And an interesting one waiting for a cow to poop! I think that the “C” family fed the cow too much cheese or something!!! Thanks to all the people who kept me running in my first 5K! Dennis and Derek for helping me finish that crazy thing! And oh Happy Birthday Cindy and B!

It was a great time…I never thought I would ever run a road race, and now I think I’m hooked to! Thanks again to all who volunteered and cheered us on–it really does help so much!! Happy Birthday Cindy and B!!!

Congratulations to everyone who completed their first 5K! That’s awesome!!! (PS, just so you know, there usually ISN’T a cow “MOOOOOING” on a grid to stare at after a 5K, in case you want to do more. Just thought I’d help take the sting out of that inevitable disappointment)

Great day! I had so much fun, as I usually do at the Cynergy events. I had run that distance once before, but I was alone on a very controlled course (read: FLAT). I had a lot of difficulty, but in the end, it was well worth it, and I’d do more, especially for a charity! Thanks for the opportunity to help and participate!
