Okay – I no longer feel as though my day is ruined because I added several minutes to my last Nancy time, now that I know we did extra reps
I still should have done better, but don’t feel quite as bad!!

I added time too – but figured it was because this time I actually got my butt to the ball.

Thanks 9amers I really needed that last five squat cheer to push me over the top. I wonder if 95 rx would have been easier than 85 for 20, oh well lift and learn.
