Nothing like taking my two least favorite things, running and Burpees and putting them together. Fun Fun and then add 20 degree weather to it. What ever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right?

Wow – heat wave at that time Dennis. 9 degrees at 5:00 a.m.- which was much warmer than the 4 degrees the day before!! What will we do this weekend with 50 degrees!! 80 burpees – a great way to start the day:)

Good day to take off! I have to give props to the 6 pm class! By far the fastest group of the day! Paul Cantaloso set the pace and Steve Marcolini passed him by just a few seconds. Pete Daley and Brian Q blistered their way through it along with the lone Fireman Brian Nickerson. Fantastic Job. If we had a leaderboard for this one they all would of been on it. It just goes to show that training with a group with high intensity makes all the difference in the world. Great Job Guys!
