Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes
KB Swing (1.5 pood/1 pood)
Push Ups
Sit Ups
On first round (minute 1) complete 1 rep of each exercise. Rest until the buzzer hits minute 2, then complete 2 reps of each exercise. Minute 3 complete 3 reps of each excercise. Continue until you can no longer complete the required number of reps per minute. Record that number. Continue to add one rep to each round until the final buzzer at 20 minutes. Record the last fully completed round.


Follow this with a 1.7 mile run!

Thanks for the well wishes. The wheel’s were coming off by the time that picture was taken:) but it was fun. Wonder what tomorrow will bring????
