    Deb, We still need to work on those front squats. You have to stick out those hips before you start your decent. Your knees are going to start hurting soon.

    Paul Gelphi and Erin Moore….Great job for your first work out!

    That looks like a tough one. Is there a medication I can take for crossfit withdrawls? 2 weeks and 2 days since my last workout. This stinks.
