Good morning everyone!

Today’s workout presents a great opportunity to really sharpen up some of your essential CrossFit skills. With plenty of squats, a healthy dose of shoulder press variations and 2 total body lifts at the end, this workout is sure to have you moving better and feeling better! To top it all off, a 400 meter run has been placed in between the movements to ensure your cardiovascular system stays strong and healthy.  Have fun with this workout everyone and really concentrate on improving your form!

warm up:

complete one circuit for 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest for each exercise. Complete a second circuit for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds on rest in between exercises.

Alternating kettlebell swing

chin to knees

kettlebell sumo high pull

alternating kettlebell push up

Complete a mailbox run at the end of the warm up 

Main event:

400 meter run

25 back squats with a pvc

25 front squats with a pvc

25 overhead squats with a pvc

400 meter run

25 shoulder press with a pvc

25 push press with a pvc

25 push jerks with a pvc

400 meter run

50 squat cleans with a pvc

400 meter run

50 squat snatches with a pvc
