Good Morning Everyone!
I hope everyone had a spectacular weekend and has recharged the batteries for another great summer week! Even if the weather seems to be sliding towards fall and cooler weather, it is far better than the middle of January! So enjoy these summer days while they are still around and let the good weather fuel your workouts!
Today’s warm up presents a solid challenge that could rival any golds gym or planet fitness workout alone!
Here it is:
Warm up
3 rounds for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest between exercises
Jump rope
Push ups
Jumping ring
Wall ball
Today’s main event is Hurricane Christine and she is determined to wreak havoc on your hamstrings!
500 meter row
12 body weight dead-lifts
21 box jumps
complete 3 rounds
