Saturday Morning Open Gym

After trying our OH Squats and Snatches in front of the video camera we tried Nancy on for size.:

As Rxed: 5 Rounds for time 400 meters run then 15 reps of 95/65 Lb. OH squats.

Cindy Rxed: 17.23

Chip Rxed 19.25

Alex 75 lb. 15.11

Keith 85 lb. 16.01

Mike L. 65 lb. 16.06

Buzz 65 lb. 21.25

MaureenĀ  RXed 65 lb 21.30-updated!!

Great Job by everyone. For not doing many OH Squats recently everyone did a pretty good job!

Then……..Mike and Alex did Fran for fun: 21-15-9 Reps 95 lb thruster and pull-ups!

OMG! Can you say spent! Try Saturdays on for size. It is well worth the trip if you would like help on any of your skills. We try to spend a good amount of time really looking at your development. Next Saturday we will head right to the beach for the WOD.

    Hey Keith - are you trying to insult me? I had a 65 pound bar - not 55 lb! I demand a retraction :). Unless of course my math skills failed me and I miscalculated what I put on the bar, but I don’t think so…..
