An hour a day…

By Boot Camp | August 9, 2008

Those who think they have not time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness.  ~Edward Stanley

I know that life gets hectic, stressful, and busy but I think that we can all agree that making the commitment to yourself for an hour a day to live a healthier life will benefit every aspect of your living.  If you do not have your health, you have nothing.  Hopefully an hour a day will keep the doctor away–remember that and show up!

    Great Quote Jamie!
You will NEVER regret that one hour you spend for YOU. When I was 300+#’s in 1999, it is what started my weight loss/fitness journey.
ONE hour a day for me was MY first step and it has most definitely changed my life!
Make the choice to change and go for it!
    Thanks for the reminder Jamie!

I couldn’t have said it any better! And it is unfortunately true. Thanks Jamie.

This is SO true! I always used to think I never had time to exercise, but then I realized just how much time you waste in a day watching tv, etc… that could be spent working on your own health and well being. One hour a day is really nothing, no matter how busy you are (or think you are . . .).
