WOD 8-6-08

Morning everyone!

The “Bear” has come to Cynergy today and is requesting your attention! This workout is a great chance to experience how several weight lfting moves can meld into one fluid motion. It also highlights how much carry-over each lift has with one another, essentially you are using alot of the same muscles, just in a different movement pattern! For an exercise geek like myself, I was extremely excited to complete this workout! Enjoy everyone!

Main event: The Bear Components

Complete 4 rounds of the following for time:

5 reps of: Dead lift

5 reps of: Hang Clean

5 reps of: Front Squat

5 reps of: Push Press

5 reps of: back squat

5 reps of: pull ups

mail box run

    I like it. To bad I can’t do it. MRI tomorrow, hopefully the results come back in my favor. Keith, can I atleast come down and watch. I miss the people at the gym and the positive attitude.

    Mike, You can always come down and watch….if you can?!….Knowing you the way I do, you won’t be able to just sit on the sideline. You want to be in the ring. There is many things you can do with 1 arm!
