WOD 8-5-08

Good Morning Everyone!

It’s Tuesday and its time for yet another challenge. Oh yes ladies and gentlemen, you will find the filthy fifty patiently waiting for you in the Cynergy studio today.

This mornings classes certainly rose to the challenge with some huge efforts that are worthy of sharing with others.

From the less rowdy 5 am class (who can blame them at this hour!) who quietly ground out every last rep with determination. In particular, Jen T who fought with intense silent courage to the 6 am group who took on this workout with a bit more jocularity and also included a temendous effort from Kara, who has completed back to back workouts with mind blowing intensity to the 7 am class which boasted tremendous efforts from all, especially Di shanahan’s knees to elbows! I was not available to observe the efforts of the 8 am folks but I am sure the effort produced was nothing less than extrodinary. Finally, everyone in the 9 am class also completed today’s workout with incredible zeal.

Great work everyone today. You took the challenge at hand and really fought through it.

For the rest of you, here is what is in store!

Main event: Filthy 50

complete 50 reps of each exercise in this order for time!

box jump

Jumping ring pull

Kettle bell swing  (35lbs men/25 lbs women)

walking lunge

Knees to elbows

push press (45 lbs)

back hyper extensions

wall ball  (14 lb men / 10 lb women)

Burpees

Double unders or complete 200 singles
