WOD 7-31-08
By Eric Morris | July 31, 2008
Morning!
For everyone who participated in yesterday’s workout and woke up this morning with some serious tightness in their upper traps or upper shoulders, your not alone! There is a good stretch to target this area that I will share with you.
Start by placing your right hand behind your back and pushing the back of your head to the left and down with your left hand. Hold this position for 15 seconds and then repeat the process on the opposite site, placing your left hand behind your back and manipulating your neck with your right hand. This should alleviate some tightness and get you ready for today’s workout!
Today’s workout, “Otis” is a great combination of strength, aerobic work and coordination. Work hard to get all your rounds in and enjoy yourself!
Main event: “Otis”
complete 3 rounds or 35 minutes of work
15 burpee broad jumps + mail box run
15 handstand push ups +25 double unders
15 SPUDS + 250 meter sprint row
15 ring rows + 50 lunge steps
Enjoy your Thursday everyone!
Stay strong,
Eric

Is it possible for tomorrow to design a workout that does not involve using your shoulders/arms/or even legs for that matter
I can’t seem to move any of these after yesterday and today’s workouts . . .
