WOD 7-30-08

Good morning/afternoon everyone!

I hope everyone has been craving a bit of strength work lately, because today’s workout delivers just that. A classic ladder workout is always good for what ails you.  The exercises in this workout will challenge your entire body so I am sure you will not walk away from this one wanting a few more sets of pull ups!

Main event: Ladders 1-10

Exercises

Bench Press

Pull ups

Dead-lift

Wall Ball

Kettlebell swings

Hang Clean

Work with a partner and complete the entire ladder

Enjoy the great weather everyone! Get outside and do something if you can!

    Nice workout last night, could barely get out of bed this morning. Alex #2 has to be sore as hell.

    Alex #2 is definately sore today. He did a very nice job with everything and I think he will do well with crossfit if he sticks with it.
