Good Morning Everyone!
Today’s workout is in honor of the man, the myth, the legend, our very own Keith Brown! Keith just celebrated his 44th Birthday this weekend and was gracious enough to write the following workout for all of us CrossFitters! This is a great workout to start the week and is sure to wake up those legs, courtesy of 64 box jumps!
Here it is:
Main event 7-27-64-44
7 L-sit pull ups
27 Calorie row
64 box jumps
44 push ups
Complete this circuit for as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes.

Happy Birthday Keith! About 1/2 way through my 64 box jumps for the second time, I was really wishing that you had been born in about 1932 or so because 32 box jumps would have been much more enjoyable than 64. I would like to see some proof that 1964 was actually the year

Happy Birthday! I will be subbing the box jumps out due to the sore achilles, but I will make sure it’s something tough so i suffer thoroughly with the rest of you.

I hate to miss a BDay party - but this might be one I am glad I missed! I am not sure I could handle any box jumps after Saturday - Still, I am sore! don’t worry - Janine called to ensure I knew what I missed!
So how many rounds did you get in???

For the record: 2 rounds plus 47 box jumps…It’s great to be 44! BTW Chip and I tied!
