WOD 7-25-08

Good Morning Everyone!
It’s Friday, the sun is trying to come out, and the humidity is actually bearable! Life could not get much better! As always, there is a lot of positive energy flowing around the Cynergy studio in anticipation of the coming weekend, and more importantly, Saturday’s challenge! If you are still on the fence about attending this event, I would urge you to give it a try! It is going to be a great day with everyone supporting each other and challenging themselves to push those personal limits!
Without further ado, Here is your workout for today:
Main event: 20, 15,10,5,10,15,20
Complete all the exercises for the prescribed reps and then move on to the next rep scheme.
1-arm snatch
Push ups
Over Head Walking Lunges
Knees to Elbows
Complete an Island run once the entire circuit has been finished.

I am unfortunately not going to make it to tomorrow’s challenge but wanted to wish everyone luck - especially those participating for the first time. The anticipation leading up to it is almost as hard as the challenge itself - but remember it is only 20 minutes - and once you are done you will have such a sense of accomplishment that you will find yourself looking forward to the next one. Work hard and have fun!!

Actually turned down a ticket for the Red Sox Yankees game tonight because I wanted to be well rested for the WOD tomorrow. What is wrong with me?
