Morning!
For all of you who participated in Saturday’s CrossFit Challenge, congratulations! everyone worked extremely hard and pushed themselves to limits never thought possible! That is the true essence of fitness! I encourage everyone to check out Buzz’s post about the event. He has done an exquisite job summing up the entire experience.
So for all of you sore crossfitters who enter in the gym today, we have something for ya that will challenge you if you let it! Today is a great day to work on your form on the lifts and really generate some awesome hip power! Enjoy!
Main event: 6’s
6 squats
6 push presses
6 Dead lifts
6 High pulls
3/3 Alternating Lunge
6 Hang Snatches
6 Windshield wipers
Again, Congrats to everyone who competed!
Now lets keep workin hard!

Eric - Great job teaching the 6 am class today! It wasn’t an easy one - we were all hurting from Saturday’s festivities

This was a good one to welcome me back from a brief hiatus from training:
Used 95#
Four rounds + squats/pp’s/dl’s/hp’s/lunges + 2 snatches. Couldn’t quite complete that fifth round!
