Morning Everyone!

Another great Friday here at Cynergy! Right off the bat today I wanted to acknowledge all of the bootcampers for the month of June, Congrats to everyone! You all worked super hard this month and the results show! You should all be very proud of yourself for working out 5 days a week for 4 straight weeks! Not many people can claim they did that last month! Keep the good thing going and we will see you next month!  

As for all you crossfitters, You have a nice prep workout waiting for you today to get the engines tuned up for tomorrow’s CrossFit Challenge! Work hard, rest up and fuel well! You will all do awesome tomorrow!

Title: Row, 500, Jump, repeat

Main event:

500 meter row

20 squat thrusts

30 push ups

40 jumping pullups

50 air squats

60 sit ups

100 jump ropes

repeat in reverse order

Enjoy your Friday everyone! Another week of hard work in the books. I hope you all feel proud yourselves! you all work so hard! Hopefully I will see all of you tomorrow bright and early at the CrossFit Challenge!
