WOD 6-24-08

Good Morning to all!

It’s hot, its humid and its a great day to sweat through another intense workout! Today’s workout is like a finely designed recipe. With equal portions of all the essential ingredients it is sure to satisfy even the pickiest of taste buds! Best served with a hint of classic rock for the full effect. Enjoy!

Main event: 600

10 burpees

10 sit-ups

10 push ups

10 squats

10 pull ups

10 box jumps

repeat 10 times

Whoever put this workout together must have had a good evil laugh going once he or she proposed 10 sets of this circuit.
