Team 1500

By Boot Camp | June 24, 2008

What a workout today – TEAM 1500!! Many of you have this workout behind you; others might be a little hesitant about your evening boot camp after seeing these numbers. Have no fear – you have conquered 16 workouts thus far.

Team 1500; groups of three to accomplish the following:

100 Burpees
200 DB Push Press
300 Sit-ups
400 Push-ups
500 Squats

To my 5 a.m. group – who rise at the dark hour of 4 a.m. to endure serious sweat sessions at 5 a.m…you all rock!! It takes a special kind of dedication to workout at this hour. That being said…. your days may be consumed with work, errands, kids; the list goes on and on, but that hour is yours and yours alone. You show up every morning to focus on and improve YOURSELF!

You all worked very hard today. Great job!! Wear your dripping sweat PROUD! You earned it. “It’s a b****!”

17 days down – 3 to go! Keep up the hard work!

Special recognition to Sheila who went the extra mile to attend Saturday’s Skills Session! Great job, Sheila!

See you bright n’ early,

Holly C.

Holly - nice to finally see the boot campers get recognition here. I read your board every day at 5:00 a.m. and remember each workout like it was yesterday and the 1500 is one of the harder ones!! Keep up the good work!!

Hey Holly, Great acknowledgment to your campers. I look forward to getting there each day and taking in their energy. They have a lot of it, especially at that early hour. They are very dedicated! You should take a lot of pride in their journey. Keep up the great work everyone.

A very happy birthday to you!

Holly - as one of your 5 am’ers the Team 1500 was the most intense work out ever! I honestly can say that I enjoyed it! You pushing us and giving us encouragement all the way, what a rush! I DID IT and it was a b****! Two days left and coming back for more….Bring on the sweat!
    Happy Birthday!
