OH MY GOD !!!! This is a killer STILL. I could not stop thinking about what Chip said “how hard can 20 minutes be?” Actually we went about 28 minutes.. wow As Eric said “This workout will challenge every aspect of your fitness if you let it!” Let it!

Amen Chip! I literally just felt sick to my stomach when I saw this posted. That workout made me pray for death by the time it was through!!

Okay - you guys are making me nervous about this Saturday’s challenge - you need to stop talking about beasts and death!!

Di -Just be careful what you eat for breakfast on Saturday. I’m going to stick to Oatmeal. Stays down better than eggs!

Wow. Tough day for me. Mentally f’ed before this one started.
As rx’d
Chip: 2 rounds + 21 SDHP + 4 Burpees
In Albany: 3 rounds + 5 SDHP
In Albany, I rowed faster and wasn’t gassed in the slightest; today, rowed a bit slower and still felt like dog s**t.
Alex: 3 rounds + 10 SDHP
In Albany: 3 rounds + 21 SDHP + 7 Burpees
It should be noted, however, that Al’s form was 10X better for his reps today than they were in Albany, which I think will really help him out in the long run.
Want to give big props to Jen for a strong effort today… she’s going to do really well at the Challenge this weekend.
Until tomorrow….

Ughh….still think this is one of the toughest workouts I have performed. I want to see this one in another month.
