Good Morning Everyone!

Well the sun is out, the Celtics are NBA champions and you lucky people have a great workout waiting for you at Cynergy today! Ha! Could life get any better? I submit that it cannot!

Today’s workout starts with a bit of skill work in the form of a back squat: 5 sets of 3 reps

Today’s main event goes a little like this:

Alternating ladders:

 

Back Squat 10,8,6,4,2

Alternate with:

Push Ups 25, 20, 15, 10, 5

 

Low Ring Rows 10,8,6,4,2

Alternate with:

Jumping Ring Pulls 25, 20, 15, 10, 5

 

Clean and Press 10,8,6,4,2

Alternate with:

Squat Thrusts 25,20,15,10,5

Well there you have it, come on in and enjoy yourself!
