My sincerest apologies about my tardiness on posting yesterday’s Workout of the Day. This particular workout is called minute by minute and challenges the entire body with 2 circuits of the given exercises. This works out to 20 minutes of work and 20 minutes of rest. I hope everyone enjoyed it!
