Good Morning Everyone,
It’s Friday morning and I bet you all can practically taste the weekend ahead. How bout you come in a get a workout in and feel that much better about the week you just put in and the hard work you acomplished? Here is what we got for you today:
Main event:
mailbox run
Cycles of 21, 15 and 9 reps of:
Shoulder Press
SPUDS
Mail box run
cycles of 21, 15, 9 reps of
Front Squats (with dumbells)
Overhead Walking Lunge
Sit ups/Knee-Elbows
And a nice Island run or one mile run to top things off
