WOD 6-12-08

Good day to you all,
Today’s workout is a particular house blend that goes by the name: The filthy 50
With subtle under tones of football training camp (burpees) and aromatic flavors of a prize fighting boxer (double unders) This workout is sure to be good to the last drop (of sweat).
ha ha hows that for a corny start to the day!?
the main event looks like this:
Box jumps
jump pulls
KB swings
Knees 2 Elbows
Push press
Lunges
Back extensions
wall balls
burpees
double unders
All exercises should be completed in order and performed for 50 reps. Also, the whole workout is for time, so I wouldn’t be caught standing around and exercising your jaw!
As always, get pumped, psyched, motivated or whatever you need to do, and come on in and get a great workout in.

I have to tell everyone that today I received one of my “heartest” and hardest achievement. In having had tried to do a muscle up for the better part of a year I finally got one! Thanks Cynergy!
