WOD 6-6-08

Workout of the Day: This is one of those work outs that look easier than they really are.  After my turn with the ab wheel, the back extensions and then the pull overs, it was all I could muster to keep my self upright with my L-Sits.  Nice work out coach!

4-30’s

L-sits

Wall ball

KB swings

DB curl+press

BB sumo high pull

push ups

row swings

AB wheel

hyper extensions

pull over

    5 rounds for time of:
    5 Deadlifts, 275#
    15 Knees-to-Elbows

    Last time, I used 185# and did it in 12:14.

    First ever crossfit workout today and it was exactly what I expected HARD. Just be careful if you go out the back door of the gym. This is exactly what I am looking for and can not wait to master all the exercise’s crossfit has to offer. Looking forward to tomorrow.
