After an extended warm up of 5 Push-Ups + 5 Jump Squats + 10 Burpees (AMRAP),

2, 15-minute circuits

*increase the weight at each station

Round 1 (AMPAP in 15 minutes)

400M run +

5 OverHead Press +

5 Front Squat +

10 Thrusters

Round 2

250 M Row +

5 Deadlift +

5  Clean +

10 Clean & Press
