1/4 mile run + 10 Squat thrust, 15 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 25 sit-ups

500M Row + 10 Squat thrust, 15 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 25 sit-ups

250 Jump Rope + 10 Squat thrust, 15 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 25 sit-ups

*Repeat the above 2 times then,

complete a 1/4 mile run, 500M Row and 250 Jump Rope
