I think the structure and approach
you took with this program was perfect. It allowed individuals, regardless of
their physical conditioning, to push themselves at their own pass and to be
masters of their own progress. I think the 'before and after' comparison speaks
to this loud and clear. Hell, I'm doing on-armed push-ups for the first time in
my life. Emotionally, its provided me mentoring I needed to get me over a
crucial hump. We are all comprised of mind, body and soul - this hits all three
I find that it's not at all
difficult to get myself up and out of bed so early because I am so happy with
the results thus far and I can't wait to see my results at the end of this
month! Not only do I feel better about the way I look, but I also see/feel a
huge improvement in my energy level and my motivation not just in my workouts,
but also at home and at work! My energy level has changed - I
find myself dancing and actively playing with my kids more, walking faster at
work, etc. Sometimes I feel like I'm jumping out of my skin!
I am also proud that I was able to
significantly increase my reps on each exercise from day 1 to day 20. I was at my
heaviest and felt the worst prior to joining boot camp. Now just 4 weeks later,
I am physically stronger but most importantly I feel much better
I don’t think I realized how much
was actually being accomplished until the final test and comparing the before
and after results. This has truly been a great month of challenging the body,
mind and I'll offer soul as well, to start making a substantial difference in my
life and believing what I can overcome both physically and mentally! You and
Keith are great motivators and agents of change - keep up the great work!!
Boot Camp never gets "easy", it
just gets better and better. Keith & Cindy - Thank you both! Your support
and encouragement can't be matched anywhere else.
Exceptional program that is
challenging and structured so that all fitness levels can participate together
and motivate each other. If you are bored of the same routine and want an
intense and challenging total body work out Cynergy Fitness is for you. I have
done over 30 workouts with Cynergy and never done the same one twice! Great
motivation, demanding and fresh workouts, that excite you about coming back what
more could you ask for! Cindy and Keith have gotten it right.

This "camp" exceeded any goal I
could have set for myself. It challenged me in ways that I could never challenge
myself. I was able to accomplish more than I could have imagined. The changes I
felt everyday were so satisfying. I learned so much! Fitness is so much
more than putting on a pair of running shoes and heading out the door. Thanks
for teaching me how to really work out and get the most out of the time I put
in. I have learned lessons that will carry through to every aspect of my life.
[I am] getting back to
the physical condition I was when I graduated the 6 month Police Academy. A lot
of people think they don’t have the time. But they just have to make the time!!

for the time and effort you guys put into boot camp everyday! I am so
addicted to boot camp now. Perfect total body workout.
I signed on for boot camp so I
could fit into my wedding dress and not have any back fat!!! And while I
accomplished that, it definitely wasn't the best thing I got from this class.
There was such a sense of unity and belonging to a team where everyone
encouraged each other. Cindy and Keith push everyone and by doing that they help
you learn a lot about yourself - it makes you feel empowered and that you can
accomplish anything you put your mind to. I can't thank them enough!!!
Boot Camp was beyond anything I
expected. I had so much fun and looked forward to going each day. The routines
were fun and you never realized how much you were working out. I think my
greatest accomplishment was seeing how much I improved at all levels at the end
of camp. . It felt so good to be getting up in the morning and doing something
for myself. I just wanted to thank you for putting together this camp. I had a
blast and look forward to doing it again.
My expectations were not only met,
they were surpassed. There was positive energy everyday from both coaches and
campers. I was both encouraged and inspired to do my best. In the end, I was
proud of myself and felt a true sense of accomplishment. Cindy and Keith,
You are both very positive and inspiring coaches. Thank you soooo much for your
encouragement and just for executing such a fabulous program. I had a blast!

one in boot camp I struggled- struggled for three sit ups- could not do 3!! I'll
triple that and some any day of the week. You people are in charge, you
say jump we jump keep the good work you certainly keep it interesting! I
quit trying to figure out what you are going to do next. I consider this program
to be a privilege not a membership. THANK YOU CINDY & KEITH!
Cynergy [Boot Camp] is a program I
recommend to everyone that complains about being out of shape (and even the
people that are in shape). There is nothing like it! Get fit
fast says it all! I have signed up for a second round of boot camp, and
plan on doing a third! I knew when I started I was out of shape, I don’t think I
realized how out of shape I was. This program is amazing and is worth every
What I liked most was that NO day
was the same. That’s a lot of choreographing for 5 days a week. Nice mix of
strength and cardio.
It was worth the cost and then
some. I came in to camp thinking that I wasn't very strong both physically
and mentally. I left the camp feeling honest to god POWERFUL in both areas when
I left. Keith is a master class leader, not one single day was the same. I can't
wait to do it all again.
The motivation and encouragement
helped me get through some of the tough exercises. Plus it was a fun group of
people. I feel boot camp attributed to both my physical and mental well-being.
Cindy thanks for being such a great motivator. I didn't think that I could do it
but with your positive influence I finished and feel great.
I am stronger, physically. I am so
much happier from both the exercise and being outside everyday. I feel better
from learning how to eat right. I am not tired all the time! Cindy and Keith are
great motivators. They are always positive and encouraging. I couldn't have
successfully completed boot camp without their continued support. They never
give up on you!
Keep up the good work - it was a
great experience! i am recommending it to anyone and everyone who is looking to
start a new workout routine or jump-start an old one!
Loved boot camp! One of the best
challenges I've ever had...
You have certainly live up to your
advertising of progressively challenging your mind, body and soul in POSITIVE
It was one of the
hardest things I have ever done. But when you get to the end of the four weeks,
you are amazed at how much more your body can do.
Motivation & Support:
10 +++ I received a tough workout, yet accompanied by a lot of fun. I did
not lose 15 lbs. only 5lbs, however, my clothes do fit better and more
importantly has definitely set myself in the positive direction health wise.
You guys are excellent! It is a
safe & fun environment for growth. What a wonderful way to start every day. You
I didn't know what to expect but
boot camp was outstanding. Working with people of all different ages, sizes and
shapes was outstanding. To see the progress that everyone had made by the end of
boot camp was great. I became addicted to boot camp and could not wait for every
morning to arrive. I plan on taking boot camp again. I wish I had known about
this years ago! Great job Keith and Cindy!
Boot Camp exceeded my expectations.
The program really challenged us individually, and as a team. It was awesome to
see the changes, both physically and mentally, after the 4 weeks. I went from
"I'm not sure I can"... to... "I can do that"! Cindy & Keith, thanks for
all your support and your commitment to help others get/stay fit.
My expectations were definitely
met. I enjoyed every painful hour of it! I can do a "real" push-up! I feel
absolutely amazing! I'm proud of myself!
Aside from gaining more energy, I
gained the knowledge that "I can."
Going to boot camp showed me not
only just new and better ways of working out, but every day i was there i felt

Cynergy has a unique way of
bringing people together to accomplish a common goal. It was amazing to see how

Boot camp gave me the boost I
needed & then some. Boot Camp was the hardest workout I've ever done but it's
the most fun I've ever had working out.
It was definitely harder than I
thought it would be... I think the coaches pushed me past where I wanted to stop
(and lie down) but did so in a non-confrontational manner, which worked well for
I joined Cynergy boot camp to gain
more energy and stamina. I not only have more energy, but at age 43, I am in the
best shape of my life.
We built a great community during
the 4 weeks. It was a nice way to prepare for the summer season.
I was afraid before I started -
thinking I wasn't going to be able to do some of the things but each day I
completed made me leave there feeling awesome - that I pushed myself to do
things I would have never done on my own. A lot of people have asked me about
boot camp - but it can't be explained. It has to be experienced to understand
the whole physical and mental challenge of it.
