What is Cynergy Boot Camp?

Cynergy Boot Camp is an intensive, 5-week program that incorporates the following:

  • fitness testing & instruction

  • resistance training

  • functional training

  • core / abdominal work

  • partner & team exercise

  • cardiovascular exercise

  • team building

  • motivation

What type of exercise does this involve?

Cynergy Boot Camp classes are designed to give you a total body workout based on the CrossFit training methodology.  You can expect running/walking, cardiovascular challenges, partner exercises, athletic drills, creative resistance training, relay races and much more.  Take a look at our slide show!

Is Cynergy Boot Camp right for me?

This program is designed for people who have made a commitment about getting fit. Over the course of five weeks, we progressively challenge your mind and body. The Cynergy Boot Camp environment is positive and motivating for the mind, body and soul!  For ages from 12 to 99!

What results can I expect?

At the end of 5* weeks, you will have increased strength, endurance and cardiovascular output, improved posture, achieved better relaxation and gained 100% self-confidence.  You may be inclined to return for a second or third camp! Expect to be in the best shape of your life!

*Exception: The month of August is a 4 week Boot Camp / CrossFit Foundations class that will incorporate Olympic Weightlifting instruction. The successful completion of this class entitles you to join our Cynergy CrossFit group classes and continue to improve your fitness, build your strength and join one of the best CrossFit communities on the South Shore!

Where does Cynergy Boot Camp take place?

Cynergy Boot Camp will be held in Hanson at the Cynergy CrossFit Studio, 23 Commercial Waye, Hanson, MA from May to August.

What do I bring?

Please bring:

  • water

  • running shoes

  • layers of clothing

  • jump rope and

  • a positive attitude!
What is the cost?

Cynergy Boot Camp is $165. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday for one hour.

Do you have a refund policy?

We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp (in the current season) if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstances beyond your control. This credit is non transferable. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no cash refund.

Are there any other requirements?

You are required to register and pay online no later than the Saturday BEFORE the start of Boot Camp.

What is the Cynergy Boot Camp Schedule?

Cynergy Boot Camp participants meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 60 minutes during the 5-week program. 

All classes will run from 5:30am to 6:30am.

NOTE:  Boot Camp training days will be held on holidays, unless noted otherwise, and will be held regardless of weather.

All participants are expected to arrive on time. Cynergy Boot Camp starts promptly and ends promptly. No exceptions or delays will be made for late arrivals.
